1. The basis for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Ivstria is the army.

4. Army formed on a voluntary basis.

  4.1 The army can be taken by people who have expressed their desire to join the Armed Forces, and suitable for health reasons.

6. The Department of the Army in charge of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic Ivstria and General Staff of the Republic of Ivstria.

7. In the event of declaration of martial law the army pass emergency powers to ensure the rule of law and regulation of the civil service.
